Shipment Processing Time
We make every effort to ship all orders within 1 business day. There are rare occasions where that's not possible, but they're the exception rather than the rule. Events such as worldwide pandemics, office closures for trade shows, or the annual factory visit may delay the processing of your order.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
A variety of shipping carriers and methods are presented at checkout, each with their own delivery time and rates. If you opt for the free shipping option, if available, we reserve the right to ship via the method and carrier of our choosing.
Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
We are generally happy to ship to these addresses via the USPS. Certain items may not be shipped to those sorts of addresses, however, and if you submit an order that is ineligible we will contact you to work out an alternative.
Shipment Confirmation and Tracking
Upon our processing of your order you will receive an email with tracking information. If you do not receive such an email within a couple business days of your order please contact us for more information.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Euro Tool Works, LLC is not responsible for any duties or taxes due upon receipt. All fees, tariffs, duties, etc. assessed during or after shipping are solely the responsibility of the customer.
Damages
In the unlikely event that your goods are damaged en route, please thoroughly photograph the package as-received and retain all the packaging. All claims should first be taken up with the carrier, but please do inform us of the damage as well.
